Our purpose at Main Street Chiropractic is to educate and adjust as many families as possible toward Optimal health through natural Chiropractic care.

Dr Ian's story:

'Many people want to know how I decided to become a chiropractor.  It all started after a skiing accident in college. A large group of us were skiing at Sugarloaf in Maine and I fell and landed directly on top of my head.  Subsequently I had a variety of symptoms which left me in great pain and discomfort.

Shortly after the accident I went to see my Medical Doctor for my sore throat, inner ear disturbance, blurred vision, neck pain, tiredness and stiffness.  Three months and two trips later the MD had given me a spray for the throat and could really find no explanation for my other symptoms.  After talking with my parents they advised me to go to a chiropractor.  I didn't know a thing about chiropractic but I followed my parent's advice.  I figured I'd give it a try.  From the first adjustment I knew that things were different and my chiropractor told me that my body was freeing from nerve interference.  I didn't feel 100% better from the first adjustment but I knew that my body was changing in a good way.  Soon after I decided that I'd like to be a chiropractor and help people by correcting subluxations and allowing the body to function at it's highest level.  I'm thankful to be a part of others healing. '

Dr. Ian served for four years in the United States Marine Corps during the Gulf War during which time he was meritoriously promoted.

If you or someone you know is suffering needlessly it's worth a chance to find out if Chiropractic can help.
